What can I ask about?
You can ask about everyday problems in Japan such as procedures, work, wages, social insurance, taxes, housing, education, family matters, contracts and other situations where you are not sure who to contact.
Can Right Place Japan submit applications or represent me?
No. Right Place Japan does not itself perform work that legally requires a professional qualification, such as legal representation, tax representation or immigration application services. When necessary, we help you identify an official service or suitable professional.
Will you always be able to introduce a professional?
Not always. It depends on the issue, location and availability of suitable providers. Even when no introduction is available, we can help organize the situation and point you toward relevant official services or next steps.
